    to tofurkeyrice.. if you were at 100 lbs & 5ft 6 you were already underweight before you even started to diet.. a 5ft 6 inch female should weigh no less than 120 lbs..you need to find a way to get more protein into your diet to build muscle weight.. yogurt is a good way but that alone may not be enough.. go to a health foods store & ask someone there to recommend a protein powder for weight & muscle gain..seek the advice of a professional to help you put on weight in a healthy way

    I’m ur same height and started the diet yesterday for mainly the same reason as you, but i also weigh more than u. How long have u been doing it? It’s natural to lose weight in the beginning b.c ur body gets rid of toxins and excess water weight.

    Incorporate more fats into your diet like avocados or raw oils like coconut and olive oil.

    All the things that the cooked foods make you become (high pressure, problems with sugar levels, depression, fatigue, etc.) disappear when you eat only uncooked food. You born again. I’m not at that point yet, but I already noticed that my cravings for food almost disappeared since I’ve been juicing my veggies.

    If you can go 50% raw from the beginning, please go ahead. But I would rather recommend buying a juicer and make 2 cups of veggie/fruit vegetables, twice a day before your regular meal. At one point, you will notice the portion of your regular meal will decrease as you’re getting the vitamins and minerals that your body meal.

    You are not getting enough fats.

    Try eatting 4 avocado’s a day, you will gain weight.

    are you eating sprouts, wheat grass & blue/green algae? and you should try to lift weights 3 times a week, plus other exercises…check out Hippocrates Health Institute…I have toned muscles and eat raw food I weigh 180lbs and I still want to lose more weight…You have to make sure your eating a PROPER raw food diet because raw food will automatically balance your weight either to gain more or lose more…read around, perhaps your not eating the right way… anyways hope that helps…

    I do raw food mostly for my skin, I dont want to lose weight at all but my weight keep droping. I don’t know what to do :( I started with 100 pounds, 5′6, now i’m below 100) I’m afraid. I eat nuts, greens, and fruit everyday. Why is that? I look like a skeleton now.
